"Bills Construction was substantially less than all other bidders on my project. They completed the project on time and under budget even in the winter months when others would have used the weather as an excuse not to perform. As always is the case there were addons to the project, they treated me fairly and offered several solutions that saved me both time and money. Was I happy with the Bills crew, yes everyone of them. Would I recommend them, yes in fact I'm using them on several other projects and they are performing equally well. Good, well run and honest company. Gerald Anderson / Builder, Developer"
